At CAFS, we recognise supervision as a vital component of ethical and effective practice. Our supervision services are designed to support mental health professionals at various stages of their journeys, offering a reflective and structured space to enhance clinical skills, self-awareness, and professional development.
Clinical supervision at CAFS is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by experienced clinicians who provide constructive feedback, case discussions, and support in navigating complex client work. We emphasise reflective practice, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to ethical standards, enabling practitioners to deliver safe and effective care.
In addition to clinical supervision, CAFS offers "Research supervision" for students and early-career professionals engaged in mental health and psychosocial research. This includes guidance on developing research proposals, refining research questions, selecting appropriate methodologies, navigating ethical considerations, and supporting academic writing. We aim to foster critical thinking and contribute to building a strong, locally relevant evidence base in mental health.
Whether you are a trainee, a practicing professional, or a researcher, our supervision services are designed to strengthen your confidence, competence, and contribution to the field.
